Desperate!

I watched the season finale of Desperate housewives last night. It airs in NZ next monday, but unfortunately i’ll be too busy studying for my exam the day after to watch it, so I decided to watch it last night.

Woah, unexpected much? ;o

Eh, I can’t wait until next season!

Speaking of finale’s, Lost’s finale annoyed me a fair bit. It was pretty predictable, and disappointing. Hopefully next season is better because this season has just been crap and confusing.

Legal Stress

The stress that is involved with legal cases is incredible. The case may take weeks, months, or years to settle, and the costs and time put in are almost unbearable. Thankfully there are some companies out there that understand this, and are happy to help you with pre-settlement funding. Your payments don’t even have to be made until the case is settled!

Good books

I’m really looking forward to getting back into my reading over this coming break. I have to Phillipa Gregory books (The Constant Princess, which I’m part way through, and another, whose title escapes me at the moment!) As well as Temple by Matthew Reiley. Actually, that could be two books by Matthew Reiley too, because Mum mentioned that he had a new one out.

I also want to start digging into my mum’s crime novel collection. She’s got some great ones there by Patterson and King… My Mum honestly could start a library full of crime novels!

Have you read any good books lately? Feel free to share!

Conferencing

Technology in today’s day and age just gets better and better. Introductions of programs like Skype and Google Talk to the conferencing world certainly made conference calls cheaper. There are some really clever video conferencing products on the market today which can provide you with a better quality and simpler conferencing experience. They look pretty futuristic too!

Groggy :(

I woke up feeling really groggy today. I didn’t fall asleep until about 2am (James was raiding, which kept me awake) and I woke up at 10. It’s not really enough sleep for me, but I can’t seem to fall back to sleep. Oh well, I’m sure I’ll survive.

I’m fairly sure i’ve got a mild cold though. My immune system seems to have crapped out due to all this stress I’ve been under. I really need a good break! Two weeks….. wooo :)

So, yet again, we’re down a staff member at work right before I’m due to go overseas… Heh. This one could have been predicted a mile off, but that said we’re still understaffed. We’ve just started training a new girl, but hopefully we’ll be able to get someone else working soon too.
