Time to slim down!

Weeeellll, I’ve decided i’ve been this tubby for far long enough. I’ve been going to the gym occasionally, but as of today the weightloss quest has actually begun. I’m trying to eat so much more healthier and as of tomorrow, I’ll be going to the gym daily (or at least, semi daily, as some days i’ll go twice a day.)

I’ll try and document it as best I can. Hopefully I see some improvement by the time I’ll be leaving for Sydney. :)

Me too! LOL So far so good. I’ve been loosing a lot and I still get cravings for chocolate. However, I tried the Kashi cookies they’re great. I still can’t eat egg whites, which is what the nutritionist recommended but it’s just gross. I don’t even like sunny side up eggs so why would I eat freaking egg white. Good luck.

Good luck! I really wish I could afford a gym membership as I miss going so much. I am thinking of going back to kickboxing though. Now that I’m not smoking, I can use the money that I’d usually spend on cigarettes for kickboxing lessons. I loved it when I used to go.

Some says, losing weight is a matter of self discipline. Proper diet/nutrition, proper sleep and regular exercise are still the best!
