Just got back from work. I really do enjoy working - the people are just a heap of fun and nothing feels like a chore. It sure is tiring though: I get quite sore standing up for four or five hours at a time: my feet ache by the end of the night - it’s never too bad - it’s all fixed by the morning. I probably made hmm… $50ish tonight in the four hours that I did work. :)

The weather has been absolutely shit-box today. It’s been chillingly cold, raining, grey and windier than it’s been in a long time. Overall, it wasn’t really a day that I wanted to be out and about, but I didn’t really have a choice when it came to travelling home from James’ (where I spent the last few days.) I don’t mind catching the train - the trip is quite relaxing, however, the chill I got every time the doors opened wasn’t the nicest feeling ever. Oh well, not to worry, I’m all snuggly and warm at home now.

Ew, it dawned on me this afternoon just how long it’s been since I gave my apartment a thorough cleaning. Exams and study completely threw me about, and as a result I haven’t had a chance to do any mopping or vaccuuming since this time last month! Eeeewww… I’ll certainly be doing a decent clean tomorrow, because I just feel so icky in this dirty apartment. I might also go for a walk and take some photos if the weather’s cleaned up a bit.

It’s James’s Sister’s formal/prom/ball on Saturday night :D I get to do all her make up for her. Hoorayyy i am le-excited! She’s also going to be my photo-bitch and I’m going to take lots of pretty photos. Should be fun.
