Goodness me, what a week. Two Australian-Celebrity deaths, 9.11 fifth year aniversary, insane weather and backpain. Lets get started, shall we?
Steve Irwin
Well, what can I say about Steve Irwin? He’ll be sorely missed all throughout the world. He was indeed a wildlife warrior and was a wonderful conservationist. I feel for his family, especially his wife and children who are now without a loving husband or father. I’m still in shock about his death, surprised that something so placid actually had the ability to steal the life out of our beloved Crocodile Hunter.
RIP Steve. Crikey.
Peter Brock
I wasn’t a particularly huge fan of Brock or car racing, but his death was still shocking, mainly because he was the second Australian celebrity within a week to have died doing what he loved. RIP Brockey. Have fun in Holden-Heaven.
Weather
We’ve had so much rain this month already! So much for September being our dryest month! We’ve had over 100mm of rain in the past week alone and it’s not going to give in until the end of the week! It’s great! It’s good to know that the rain is landing in the water catchement areas at least. it’s not much, but any water helps during the drought.
Backpain
For the past week i’ve had terrible backpain below my right shoulder blade. I went to the doctor about it today and she said it’s a tension problem most likely due to the amount of study ive been doing. I’ve got to take neurofen regularly and have to go and get a remedial massage at some stage. Hopefully it will settle down some time soon because the pain is terrible :(
Anyway, my head is hurting terribly, so i’m going to go and have a rest now :)
PS: We got the appartment! :D

Hi fellow Aussie!
Don’t forget the death of Colin Thiele - author of Storm Boy! He died on the same day as The Crocodile Hunter. Sad sad week.

I haven’t a clue who the other guy ((Peter Brock)) is but I’m deeply saddened that they died.
We’ve had a lot of rain here in Ohio also. Not enough it seems to cancel any games. Really though it was only a drizzle.
You seem to have the same backpain as my mother. I feel horrible that anyone should have to suffer any pain from stress considering it’s just about the only thing you get out of the world. My mother uses a heating pad every now and then. It seems to help so you might want to look into that. Hope you feel better!

Death always comes shockingly unexpected, RIP to Steve and Peter (I never heard of Peter Brock though).
The sun has been shining brightly here in Europe :D Hmm, jealous now? ;) Sucks though that it rains all the time over there :S Hope the weather gets better soon!
Stress is never good =/ I can’t handle it either, but I don’t get afwul backpains of it. Hope the meds that the doctor wrote for you works. If not, maybe take a few days off of school (sounds weird I know, but just call in sick cause basically you are).
Congrats on the appartment! I hope its huge but cheap ;)

hey, Steve Irwin was a cool dude. But I guess that now his least favourite animal is the stingray.Fall just started and it feels like it has been raining everyday.

try this yoga move:
clasp your hands together behind your back and put the palms together, lift your arms and stretch as much as you can.
It hurts so much when you first do it, but its worthi it, try curling up in a ball on the floorand getting your hands over your head.
