I just found out that one of my favourite songs, “Closing Time” which I thought was a Green Day song is in fact NOT greenday, it’s Semsisonic.
My heart is broken. :(

Huh, I was told by Limewire that “Closing Time” was performed by Ben Folds Five, an equally excellent band. Of course I knew this to be a lie. But HOW did you think that it was originally performed by Green Day? It sounds nothing like them. *sing*

If you ever want to find out who a song is by, just search for a snipit of the lyrics that you remember. Works everytime for me! But I also use DC++.

*grins* My brother was confused as to who that was by, also. I made fun of him. Echo doesn’t like that song very much *taped* *duck* *ahem*. I always find these really crappy singers labled ‘Fiona Apple’ when I do searches. I’m like, ‘What? I know that she didn’t write a song called Ugly Girl… did she cover one?’ Uhg. I don’t know how people get so confused with her *cry*
