It’s day 3 of the holidays, and i’m bored shitless.

Eughhhhh man!

I have stuff I could be doing, but I just can’t be bothered doing it. I’m really excited about the weekend though: James is visiting, and our family and him are going down to our holiday house :D Dad took me shopping yesterday to get some new summery clothes (due to me not fitting into anything anymore :O Im a size 12!) and a new bikini, so i’ll be spending most of my time on the beach, methinks :D

I’ve gotten so addicted to the sims, and the two expansion packs. Nightlife fucking rocks :O There are vampires. :O I will take some screencaps when I go and play in a minute :)

Well, as promised, I will pretty sum up life since I went on Hiatus. I’m likely to forget crap, due to my mind being almost non existant due to exams which took over and still haven’t given the hostages, my normal brain, back.
Anyway, here goes. Wish me luck!

Birthday

Yes, folks. Last time I (really) blogged (ie: Before Aug. 28th) I was sixteen. Mwahaha! Not anymore :) I am officially a 17 year old, making me one of the oldest people in my group and one of the oldest in the grade. Boyah. So what did I get for my birthday? Well… *scheme* From my parentals I got a holiday to New Zealand (the last trip I took was my birthday present) and some money for my bank account :) From James I got a lovely Creative Zen Touch to store my ever-growing-larger-than -my-ipod-mini-could-hold mp3s, and with that also came a little radio transmitter and a microphone/radio/song doovey that allows me to change songs and such without having the player out of my bag or such. James also brought over many computer parts to make me a new computer: Unfortunately, half of the parts were dodgey, and we couldn’t figure out what it was, so James ended up spending about $600 more on more parts (CPU, Motherboard, Harddrive, RAM) just so I could have a new computer. :) It’s working WONDERFULLY - It barely takes a minute to load up, compared to the fifteen minutes plus which it previously took.

For my birthday dinner, My parents, brother, Nana, little cousin Georgia and James all took me out to dinner at this lovely steak restaurant in the city. As i’ve been on a *diet and had been craving steak and cheesecake for several weeks, dad booked at the steak house and we went there. I ordered a pepper steak, hoping for it to be mild. It arrived coated thickly in cracked pepper and then SMOTHERED in this thick pepper sauce. Holy crap, I have never had anything more SPICY in my life. Next time, I think i’ll have something without pepper. ;) The dinner was wonderful though. :) I had lots of fun

Driving

The Wednesday after my birthday, I went for my driving test! I passed first go (to the dismay of my parents, who failed multiple times before getting their Provisional licence) and have been driving everywhere since. The only downside is the terrible price of petrol - my parents have stated I must pay for petrol. *ouch* Hopefully prices will go down soon. My little Echy is quite efficient for such a tiny engine (it’s a manual, so it chews up less fuel) so I don’t have to fill up too often, which is good.

Dogs

:( My sweet little puppies are gone. As we are moving in a few months, mum decided that we should give our dogs away to a loving home, mainly because we’ll have to move into a unit for a while, and it would be unlikely we’d be able to have the doglets. They went to a lovely home about four hours away, and have since heard that they enjoy dominating the cats, chasing the chickens, and watching movies with the couple’s children at night. :D

Diet

My diet is going well. I’ve lost six kilograms since I started, but for the last three weeks have kind of stumbled off it. As of today i’m back on it, and am determined to get to at very least, 60kg. I’d like to get to 55kg, but that might be pushing it. :O who knows.

Exams

My exams went well: Hopefully. They were considerably stressful, and spent about two weeks before the exam studying everything I could. I ended up summarising two of my textbooks, and cramming a hell of a lot. My exam marks so far have been good, and I hope they get better. Today I got back my Maths exam, Business studies exam and Extension English assessment back. I got 81% in maths (3rd in the grade), 67% in Business, which is a great improvement from my half yearlys (57%) - I even topped the grade in the final report we were expected to do :D. The English assessment was about an average mark, but I didn’t try very hard, so that’s alright.

HSC PREP Formal

Last Friday was our “Undercover” Formal. It was fancy dress: James and I ended up going as Sixties hippies. We looked hot. ^_^ I’ll share some photos eventually. It was a fairly good night. As I was sick, I didn’t go to afters, but I hear they were awesome. :)

I’ve probably bored you all shitless, but I promise I will return comments on this blog and the previous blog by the end of the week. I’m exhausted :O time to go rest methinks. *heart*

FINALLY!

Sorry that it’s taken me so long to get my website up and running! My exams were extra stressful, and i’ve only just grabbed the chance to make a layout and update!

Hopefully, with the holidays coming up, i’ll be able to redo a lot of my content which I havent yet! I hope you enjoy the layout - its from my newest vexel which I created for a Vexels.net competition. All comments on this blog and the next (which will explain what i’ve been up to since I went on hiatus) will be returned. :)
