Well, I finished Harry. On Sunday, when I finished it, I was a mix of emotions. The death shocked me. I was not expecting it in the slightest. I could not have guessed who the Half Blood Prince was, but now I know who it is I should have expected it, really. I do want to talk about the book, so here’s your warning:

Firstly, I was not ready for Dumbledore’s death, however, something is making me think that we haven’t seen the last of him. I have an inkling that he’s created a horcrux for posibility of his death. JK Did state in an interview, or didn’t state, if Dumbledore was really dead.

As for Snape being the Half Blood Prince well… That was pointless. This book seemed to have NOTHING to do with Voldemort or the war, except for being introduced to Voldemort’s past and the idea of Horcruxes. What.The.Hell. Was this book fanfiction?

As for the characters and relationships… Well, it was to be predicted, but god, the idea of Ron and Hermione together is making me want to throw up. The idea of Ginny and Harry is almost worse. Ginny seems like such a scarlet woman, and Hermione was just a grumpy little shit in this book. I have a sneaky suspision that theres something happening with love potions. The entire school seems koo-koo.

What were your opinions on Harry?

Anyway. after three wonderful weeks, James left on Sunday to go back home. I’ll probably see him again on my birthday. It’s definetely getting easier to go back to normal after he leaves, but its still hard not having him around.

School started again on Tuesday. I’m finding it more and more enjoyable at school at the moment. My friends are wonderful, and my subjects are getting more and more barable. I’m even contemplating continuing business studies next year, rather than dropping it. So long as my dad can help me with it, i’m sure i’ll be fine. School may be enjoyable, but it is rather stressful. An assessment I thought was due next friday is actually due on monday, which means I will have to work very hard on it on the weekend. The english assignment I have has literally had the content doubled, and it is due on Friday. An English extention assessment I haven’t started is due in four weeks, and I have an english speech to present on Monday, whch isn’t written. Needless to say i’m begining to stress about it. In nine weeks, theoretically I have finished the year 11 course, and start year 12, which is a very scary thought.

Tomorrow is the Delta Goodrem concert, which i’m looking foward to. Hopefully, if I have time, i will blog again on Sunday. If not, see you next week! Now, I leave you and head back to watching this ridiculous Steve Irwin movie. *heart*

Oh Sewwy… *hugs* It will be okay. I’ll try and help you with some of your homework if you like. Thank you for what you did tonight, it was touching and I was very moved at how loyal you are to me. People, this girl is a-maz-ing. Even if she is a Harry/Hermione shipper, she’s still amazing ;) Enjoy the Delta concert- I know she’ll put on one heck of a show for you and you’ll love it!

The book WAS incredibly shocking! I think DD is definitely dead, but I think he was asking Snape to kill him, bc he wouldn’t beg for his life like that. I couldn’t believe Snape was the HBP and can’t really understand why the book was title HBP?

Mmm, when I started reading this blog, I was like “WTF, you finished Harry? .. on Sunday you finished ‘it’ huh?” but then, as I read on, I realised that you were talkin bout the book, DUH!
Great that you’re loving school. I’m just starting to hate it. DELTA GOODREM CONCERT!! ahh, hope you had fun at that. I heard about how the concert started off, sounds cute! *ilu*

Wow so much to say. *wizard* I think DD is dead though i am not sure what is going to happen to his penseive…that might have something going on with it. I think in a way it is a good thing that he is finally gone (much as he is wonderful and i love him) because it means that harry can complete his journey by himself (albeit with r and hr in tow). Sarah get over you random shipping. Get over H/Hr this is not fanfic. *headbang* I loved the fact that there was soooooo much DRACO in the whole thing. *heart* (im not obsessed noooo). I think it was important to finally introduce him as a proper character because i have felt for a while that harry hates him for really almost no reason which seemed annoying…for one of harry’s arch enemies, he seemed to be a bit too nothingness. I loved this book and i loved all the tom riddle stuff. I thought it was fascinating. Sarah this book was NOT fanfic. I am glad it wasn’t all ‘war war war’…voldemort was still an ever present threat and this book was more about ‘lets explain what has happened harry and lets help you to subtly try and bring down voldie’. I thought was fantastic anyway. To Andrea, I think the reason the book was called HBP was cause snape is HBP and surprisingly a lot of the book is actually about snape…it seemed to me that the book was about ‘harry potter and snape’ so the title i thought was fitting. I thought it was great that snape had such a major role because there has been so much leading up to him and what is the real deal so to speak with him. *cauldron* I thought the book was great that way. I also loved how voldies jinx on the DADA teacher still technically applied to snape…i loved that consitency.

I enjoyed harry so much:D how can you say the coupling is wrong!? It is so right! It is how it is meant to be” *wizard*

I am so potter-stupid, and a whole week late to read your blog : ) ahh, fashion at its FINEST, right? : P

I don’t know how well I could put up with any kind of business class. I’ve been designing web sites for so long, and I love it, but I hate every attempt at the marketing aspect of it. I hate having to deal with money transactions. I just don’t like it. Don’t stress about the work, though, it causes wrinkles *scolds you lightly*.
