So, what the hell have I been up to?

For the past week, i’ve been sick as a dog with a cold, and haven’t been to school.

Ontop of that, i’ve been battling with viruses and spyware. Now I have to reformat my laptop. what a bitch.

Nothing more to say. Bleugh.

Today at 11.30, the Balanese judges will give their final verdict on the Schapelle Corby Case today. The Balanese law system seems so corrupt: A guy can get six years for smuggling 5kg of heroin out of the country, but an Australian woman can face death/life in prison for Supposedly smuggling in about the same amount in marijuana. Mind you, there’s no solid proof she actually smuggled it in.

Proof for:
-It was in her boogey board bag.
-Balanese security claim she was reluctant to open it when they asked.

Proof-But-Not-Proof she didn’t do it:
-The bag wasn’t weight at either of the two airports she had to stop at on her way to Bali.
-She had been to Bali several times before, her sister lived in Bali, so she SURE AS HELL would know about the rules.
-You can get more cash for selling that much Marijuana in Australia than you can on bali: And I don’t think she was planning on smoking more than 5 kg of Marij.

But nevertheless, the Balanese will probably throw her in jail. The primary judge has had over 300 drug cases, and not one of those convicted drug-smugglers has walked free.

I will update at 11.30 when we know what’s happening :)

EDT: Found guilty. Jailed for 20 years.

No thanks to Robina (don’t worry, girly, I still love you :D) and all the Veronica Mars episodes she’s influenced me to download, We are currently 1 GB over our 10 GB download limit. What does that mean? Sarah gets to browse the internet in really-crappy-caveman-internet-style (eg: Eviller than Dialup.) as they have spiked the speed. Goddamn them, I WANT MY 300K BACK, BASTARDS.

Eugh. It wouldn’t be eviller than dialup if my brother would stay off counterstrike for more than ten minutes at a time. Whenever he plays, he eats up all 64K of the speed we have, so anyone else trying to access the internet is pretty much screwed.

I’m so desperate for faster speed that i’m browsing the world-wide-whatsits without images. *cry* i miss my pretty images!

Starwars. Mmm, yes please.

This post does have spoilers, so I wouldn’t read it unless you have already seen the movie, or aren’t fussed by spoilers.

So what were the tops of the movie?

- The lack of clothing on Anakin for parts of the movie (I had to close Rachels jaw closed so she didn’t drool on the shoes of mine she was wearing, really.)
- The action: Jesus, I don’t think i’ve ever seen a more intense light saber battle than the one between Obi-Wan and Aniken (oh, excuse me, Darth.)
- The way he becomes Darth Vadar: Sorry, but I wanted to cry. All Aniken wanted was the ability to stop Padme dying in childbirth. By committing to the dark side, he lost the relationship with padme, and she still died in childbirth
- The fact that Aniken not only killed Younglings (PADEWANS *cry*) But he attempted to kill Padme as he believed that she betrayed him.

The movie, overall, was utterly fantastic. I’m sorry, but R2D2 takes the cake with his role. He had some serious ass in this movie. *ilu*

And was I the only person who noticed that WHEN PADME WAS ON THE CASKET, SHE HAD A FAKE PREGNANT STOMACH, SUGGESTING THAT NOONE KNOWS THAT THE TWINS ARE REALLY ALIVE.

Mhm. Yes. I am a Kim Possible fan. Call me what you like, but she’s my hero (and funnilly enough, NAPPA’s) I just finished watching the Kim Possible Movie: So the Drama. It was amusing. Not the best disney film I’ve seen (Lion King owns your ass.) But it was very entertaining. Whooooo yay for KP/RS shippyness. Aaanywhoo.

Firsly, I’d like to say thankyou to the beautiful people who commented on my rather ‘emotional’ entry. An update for them: Mum hasn’t mentioned anything since, and James and I are both sort of “over it.” :) James is coming in a few weeks (2, infact) which is wonderful :)
